EGK Academy Head Goalkeeper Coach

Looking for EGK Head GK Coach. The person will be responsible for the technical training of our EGK club goalkeepers where directed and the delivery of the technical programs for the EGK Academy Camps, it’s clubs and coaches. 

 

EGK will provide the resources necessary for you to deliver EGK approved programs. These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

• All technical staff will report directly to you and you will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of all your technical staff. 

• All Gk coaches will report to you and you will be responsible for the technical & leadership of the EGK coaching staff. 

• You will provide leadership to the volunteer coaches and through your technical staff, deliver relevant coach training programs and services to them. 

• You will participate actively in the Technical Committee or any group charged by the President with the technical direction of the EGK. 

• You will develop a 5-year strategic technical plan in consultation with the Business Manager & Technical Committee and ultimately approved by the President. 

• You will represent EGK outside club boundaries in an ethical and professional manner. 

•  You will be required to participate in board meetings that are held monthly and provide the Board with reports on Strategic Plan progress quarterly.

Exclusivity 
As the EGK Director of Camps & Coaching your services are exclusive to the EGK and you agree not to accept employment outside the EGK unless approved by the President. 

 

Reporting

You will report to the President of EGK. It is expected that you will provide technical leadership for the entire Academy and work in a cooperative fashion with the Business Director for the benefit of the Academy, its programs, goalkeepers and its clubs. 

 

Professional Development Fund 
The EGK currently has a Professional Development Fund established for all staff and you would be eligible to participate in that fund for the purpose of personal professional development each year as well as the professional development of your staff. 

 

Expense Reimbursement
Expenses pre-approved by the President and incurred by you as part of your employment duties shall be fully reimbursed to you.
