Join us for this special edition of Behind The Bench, an engaging webinar exploring what it takes to coach young athletes effectively, develop winning teams, and create an environment where players can grow both on and off the field.

Our guest, Raffaele Tomarchio, will discuss key topics including what it means to truly coach to win in youth sports, balancing competition with player development, building confidence and resilience in young athletes, creating a positive team culture, and practical strategies coaches can use to help their players reach their full potential.

Hosted by Tony LaFerrara, this session will offer valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of coaching youth sports, and how coaches can inspire young athletes to compete, develop, and succeed.
