The NSCAC will be hosting a 3-part course administered by The Mental Game Academy with Larissa Mills as the presenter.

The Behind the Bench Webinar on April 15th will explain the benefits of the course for coaches of today's youth athletes.

​

Coaches will receive a Certificate as well. as 3 pts from the Coaching Association of Canada.

Details and costs for the course will be published shortly.
