In our FREE 3-Week Behind the Bench Mini-Course, “Integrating Soccer Fitness Into Your Practices: Excerpts from the Soccer Fitness Trainer’s Course,” you will get the chance to interact with and learn directly from one of Canada’s top coach educators in soccer-specific sports science, and the creator of both the Soccer Fitness Trainer’s Course and the Soccer Fitness Trainer Diploma Course, Richard Bucciarelli.
This Mini-Course covers topics ranging from fitness testing, training for speed, strength, power, and endurance, and periodization of training and load management, all with content taken directly from Richard’s internationally renowned Online and Live Courses. Best of all, you will learn how to apply and integrate the different fitness components for your players directly into your own regular practice routine, without the need to add extra training and, in most cases, even without the need to change any of your actual training and session plans.
“Integrating Soccer Fitness Into Your Practices” will take place live, online via Zoom, on the first three Thursdays in June, from 2:00 to 3:30pm EST. A list of the Lesson Topics and corresponding dates is presented below:
